Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female professional bodybuilder during the final quarter of the decade. Aleesha was a member of an extended family of athletes. Her father competed in bodybuilding, while her siblings played sports like hockey and ice. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer as well as basketball until she started fitness at 15. Aleesha earned her professional card after taking home in the NPC USA Championships 2014. The first time she competed was 2008, however she began competing in the year 2008. In 2014 she also competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. Her 2015 finish was 9th. In the years 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steadily improving since then has won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking at the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha put on the most impressive show at WOS's Rising Phoenix event, in which she was 4th overall in 2020. The "World's strongest mom" has taken a health break.
